I was very pleased with the service provided. The were punctual and very professional. They immediately knew the problem and explained what was wrong. They were right and showed me why it was leaking and how they were going to fix it. They were fast, clean and courteous. I will use them again and strongly recommend them

great service and reliable. they never walk out and leave a customer in the middle of a disaster so maybe they aren't always prompt but they certainly run a honest business. they've serviced multiple properties for me over the years.

. I understand people make mistakes but these people do not belong in business. They treat customers like trash and are threatening and aggressive. They do not belong in business. No one should use them. Their other reviews are written by their friends and family. Don't believe them. They are liars they are rude and cursed on the phone. I wouldn't feel safe with them in my house. There are plenty of local plumbers who are not bullies. No one should use them so they have to close down. Why take a chance? Just use more friendly local plumbers.

My Home Warranty Co. put an order in for me to D&G. When D&G contacted me, they said they'd be out the next morning and a tech would call with an arrival time. That didn't happen. I called in that afternoon and they said they were running behind and the tech would call in an hour. Its 24 hours later now, and they still haven't called. I left a message this morning, but nobody called me back. Again, it's Friday afternoon at 2pm and they are MIA when they said they'd be here Thursday morning. Now I get to go through the weekend without working plumbing. Think about that before you call them. I already called somebody else.

Love these folks. They respond quickly, do good work, leave no mess, and have reasonable rates. Nothing more I could ask for.
