Set up a time between 1-3 to meet. He was going to call on the way. Never called or showed. Never answered or called me back when i called looking for him. Wasted a day of my time when I could have called another plumber to come fix my issue. Will start over again tomorrow with another company that has time for their customers!
Called Jeff at midnight for an outdoor shower that wouldn't shut off and was flooding our yard. He came right away. He was honest, knowledgeable and efficient. Our shower is now better than new, and we couldn't be happier. Highly recommend.
I can't say enough good things about this company. They are awesome people. They came out in the middle of the night and helped my wife and I out of an emergency situation. She had just had surgery and wasn't able to travel and every drain in the house stopped working so we couldn't shower, no flushing toilets, no using the washing machine, etc. and it was already after dark. Because it was an emergency call and they came out in the middle of the night I assumed that they would severely over charge me. I was mistaken. They were exceptionally reasonable and the job was completed successfully and to my total satisfaction. Thanks guys. I really do appreciate it.
FANTASTIC WORK!!! I used Technique Plumbing to install new shower heads/faucets and I was very pleased with the work. They were able to fit me into their schedule and come get the work done quickly.
