If I could give 0 Stars I would! I dropped off a dress shirt two days ago and was reassured it would be ready in 2 days. Not only is it not ready, they can't even find the shirt. They do not know how to handle customer service!
They did a great 24 hour job on a suit and dress we needed cleaned and pressed before a wedding. Two different ladies who helped us at drop off and pick up were incredibly friendly and helpful. Would recommend if looking for service in the area.
I would give this location no stars if I could. Their customer service is horrible. The women on the phone gives nothing but attitude and I am appalled at their lack of simple communication skills. They have lost a pair of pants and are nothing but defensive, rude and disrespectful. Possibly the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered.
Very nice full service dry cleaners/ laundry. Give them your dirty soiled laundry and it will come back perfectly cleaned and pressed, starched if you ask. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Turn around time is very fast!
Hangers/Williams lost a shirt 6 weeks ago and will not accept responsibility for the shirt. I have been told for the last 2 weeks the manager would call, they have not called and have never been in the store. Prior to losing the shirt they put a hole in a bed skirt and again refused resposibility. They claim their machines would not do that!!!!!!! Customer Service is only a term they use and not practice.
