Bell's Ace Hardware is a great addition to the town of Nashville. Always friendly service and always have what i'm looking for. Kitchen trash can, cabinet hinges, outdoor wall light and a tank full of LP for the grill. Also have seasonal decoration, picked up some pumpkin carving stencils for my kids today. Going back Saturday for pumpkins. Can't beat that!

Good morning, I have an issue with something that happened at my local Ace store. My wife and I tried to sign up for membership into the rewards program yesterday when we were making a purchase but at checkout we were told we could not because they ran out of rewards cards. The reason we tried to sign up is because one I am in the military and two the store is new to our city. The cashier told us the best we can do since we were not rewards members was to give us $5.00 off. The problem is the items we purchased were over $140.00 so with the military discount it would have been close to $14.00 in savings. I am very disappointed with the service and I don't plan on returning until this issue is resolved. I also planning leaving my review and spreading the word to my fellow veterans because I think this was not fair. If someone could address this issue I would appreciate it. Lowe's doesn't seem to test it's

Welcome to your new facility in Nashvile Jeremy Bell! I know it is a very difficult adventure to go from having 2 or 3 employees and now 20+ to oversee. The COVID mess doesn’t help as well. I am a Veteran as well, but would not consider giving you a low rating because of my impatience and inability to understand your major transition you have taken on.
