I have used this dry cleaner for 10 years and have always had excellent service.
Close attention to detail. Staff noticed there was a stain on my pants after they has already completed the initial wash. So they treated the stain and washed my pants again free of charge. Outside of this they appear to be a very normal cleaner.
Rude. They also add buttons to shirt and one of my favorite shirt's button came off , So I gave it to fix button and dry clean. However, they messed up and took out an existing button from bottom of shirt and applied to the top.nnWhen I told them about it, not only they did they make me pay again for their mistake but insinuated that I am lying to save 2$.nnIt would do good to be nice to your customers.
