My husband and I have been going to this dry cleaners for well over ten years but will not go back. About 10 days ago I took a never-worn, brand-new St John dress to be cleaned because there was a very slight darker place on it. When I picked it up last Saturday they had added a stain to the dress. I went back but they were closed. I immediately took the dress to another cleaners who removed the stain. I brought all my receipts and the photo of the stain and they would only refund what I had paid them to clean and not the other cleaning. Their position was that I should have allowed them to try (and risk the dress coming out worse ) and clean the dress again. I was not willing to risk further damage to an expensive garment. Maybe their position could be considered reasonable, but we will find another dry cleaner.
Fast service, friendly owners. I've went to this location about 5x. This location is a little more expensive than other dry cleaners in Charlotte.
I've been going to this dry cleaner for 5 years almost every week. They have been doing good job and very friendly, but then they lost a shirt of mine and I know they did. However, they didn't offer to look for it or nothing. They redid the ticket to only show I dropped off 4 items instead of 5 and my ticket showed 5 ( same date, same ticket #)!! WTH?!! I'd would never use them again and I can walk to their business from my house! So disappointed.
