Excellent location and service.
It's always tough finding a good cleaners you can trust when you move into a new town. Been using this shop for 3 years and no issues with crushed buttons or any ill treatment to my garments. Always great and crisp cleaning.
They did a beautiful job on my evenng dress It was done just the way I watnted and they even press my dress. I love it great job thank you
So far the best of the four local cleaners. I promise to reevaluate if things change.
I brought a king-sized Nautica comforter in to be cleaned and when I picked it up it had 3 holes in it! The asian gentlemen who self-identified as the owner claimed it had the holes in it when I dropped it off. I told him this was the comforter in our master bedroom that I saw every day and was 100% sure there were no holes when I dropped it off. He was very rude, called me a liar, and asked me not to return to the store. I won't be returning! Beware of bringing anything of value to Dilworth Cleaners. They are dishonest and do not take responsibility for damaged items.
