I received very poor service. When I picked up my clothes, it looks the same as when I dropped them off. The clothes were not pressed like I requested. The guy wasn't the friendliness nor did he asked me if my clothes were up to my expectations. Never again!!!
If I could give zero stars I would. I brought them my grandmother's wedding dress. There were only a few spots that I needed to get dry cleaned out of the dress before I wore it for my wedding. When I went to pick up the dress it was ruined. There were layered splotches of whatever chemical that they used on the dress. The top of the dress was two different colors. They also pressed it and burned impressions into it. Some of the seams were torn, there were buttons missing and silk missing from some of the buttons. They tried to tell me that it arrived without the silk on the buttons and that they had photo proof. I asked for the photos which of course they could not provide. I had worked with a seamstress on this dress for months before bringing it to them so I know for a fact those buttons had silk on them. I would never recommend this cleaner and warn people against them.
Awesome customer service and great prices
I love 2001 Cleaners! They took excellent care in dry ironing my wedding dress. They really bent over backwards for me in an emergency situation even though we didn't have a previous relationship. The quality of their work and customer service is incredible. The prices are fair too!
My favorite cleaners. I have been a customer for over 20 years.
