I must leave a review of this company. Being new to the area it has been such a disappointing endeavor trying to find a plumber. Multiple months of waiting. I have contacted companies, tv ads, friend of friends, and referrals just to be disappointed by not getting callbacks or waiting for a visit that never happened. February 8, 2021, called Katherine (very pleasant/professional) answered at 8ish AM. She set up a 2-hour window visit for that date with a technician named Tommy. She shared what the fee would be per hour and supplies would be additional.nnTommy called before the scheduled window and asked if he could come, which I agreed. He was professional, professionally dressed, personable, quick, explained the problem and shared a resolution if it happened again. He returned the work area back to the same as when he arrived.nnI am giving this company the highest rating possible. Professional quality service from the beginning to the very successful completion.
