We are so pleased with their service! When the last remaining galvanized drain pipe failed in our 1950’s home they were the first available to come out. The repair was done timely and for an amazing price! They also noted an issue with a different drain line and just went ahead and fixed that too! Rush Rooter will be our first call should we ever need a plumber again and I’d gladly recommend them to anyone who does!

The only non positive comment about this company I can think of is, I did not find them sooner! After weeks of trying to locate a responsible, responsive, HONEST and professional plumbing company, I attempted repairs myself.nnStores with plumbing items were hardly any assistance when seeking parts and tools to complete the work I needed to do. After a night of being soaked with a spouting faucet, going outside in the cold to turn the water on and off to shower, I hesitantly googled professional once more.nnMr. Ronnie picked up the phone immediately, was attentive, asked pertinent questions and gave me a sense of relief. Communication is important and he excelled in this category as well.nnKeith and Kaycee arrived way sooner than expected, fixed the problem in no time, were respectful to my parents and efficient from the moment they arrived until the time they left. They even waved at my mom as they pulled off! ud83dude42nnIf you are seeking professionalism as well as personalization, I highly recommend Rush Rooter.

The supply line for our water heater burst and after waiting to be connected to a contractor through our home warranty and came up empty handed, we called Ron at Rush Rooter. Casey was at our place in a hour and fixed a troublesome issue caused by some shortcuts by the previous home owner. Casey was courteous, professional, quick on his feet, and explained the process along the way. Would turn to Rush Rooter as our first call in the future!

Was in a bind called rush rooters and they examined the situation and assessed the issue they have a lot of manners and are very professional they work with you on every project you ask for makes the whole process go smooth and excellent I highly recommend rush rooters “no rush but they get to the root of your problem” ud83dudebd
