We tried to use this company to repair a shower. We got a walkthrough and quote in March and scheduled service for mid-April. When they arrived, they said they needed a part, would order, and should be back within a week. For the next 4 MONTHS I called every few weeks to try and get an update on where the repair stood, what was going on. We had three subsequent visits, where each time the plumbers came unprepared, spent a few minutes looking at the problem they had seen weeks ago, and left saying they needed another part. All in all, in AUGUST with our shower still not working, I called another plumber who fixed it in one visit. It's ridiculous that I wasted so much time expecting a fix from this company that showed again and again that they did not want my business.
Very pleased with the work and the price. There was a glitch with one of the repairs and they took care of it expeditiously. Highly recommend.
I had a leaking water main into the house. Another plumber put us off for five days and, when they finally arrived, estimated $2100. I called DPR and they were here in less than 2 hours, fixed the leak and charged us $160 total. It was great. Honesty is great.
