Super clean! Great place if you need washer and dryer that you’re not scared to put your clothes in. Dry cleaners there too. Staff is on the ball. Highly recommend.

Clean place helpful staff no complaints. If you don't have a washer and dryer and need a place to wash this is the best place that I know of to do it.

Rude and unprofessional worker. Turned us away at 2:50pm on a Tuesday, when they were scheduled to close at 4pm and not open back up until Thursday. We were off the AT for 1 night and needed one load of laundry. I asked if I could just wash and not dry to be done by 4pm, but they rudely turned me away and didn’t care. Thankful the Holiday Inn had a coin operated washer and dryer that worked very well and was much more convenient. I recommend for hikers to utilize services at hotel and not patron this facility. The Holiday Inn staff was very friendly and helpful.

There are some decent employees, though one of the male employees, an older gentleman, was really rude, not just in asking me too many personal questions, he was staring really hard, continuously, the entire time that I was there, and just being plain rude in his curiosity about me. I suppose I strike him as different in some manner, though that is no excuse to act as though you can not show good manners and you can not be respectful to a customer, regardless of how you perceive them. Staring a customer down, and continuously trying to get personal with them when they have made it clear to you that they are not comfortable with being personal with you is not appropriate and just all around bad customer service. It is also really unnerving when you are a woman who is alone and trying to just do your laundry in peace. Not to mention how rude another female is that works there, talked badly about some of the tourists, how she feels some of them are just stuck up. What she does not realize is that they are probably not stuck up, just different from her, and that makes her feel threatened. That is a common mentality in this area though. I unfortunately hear nasty comments about tourists way more than I would care to admit. At any rate, I will not be back here.
