Stole my money, the car wash broke down while I was using it so I had to back out and then try calling the number they advertised to call but the number doesn’t actually connect with anyone, I called two different numbers neither of them worked, the “help” button doesn’t work, the gas station in front of it has no idea how to contact them either. I went online and couldn't find anyone to contact about getting my money back. I never write reviews but this is a joke. I recommend you DONT go here, you can find better places across the bridge.
Bay 5 let me soap my brand new car up real well but none of the rinse options worked at all!! My car was covered in drying soap while I tried to find a bay to use to rinse it off. Ended up costing a bit to get an average wash done. Had to drive to another car wash & have it done again to get rid of all the streaking of dried soap off. Not happy at all with this visit!!

Horrible . Wouldn't go again . Didn't work right kept getting stuck and not moving then it actually came up bc being stuck so long and closed in on my brand new Tahoe. Thank god it didn't hurt it but whoever owns this pos needs to do serious maintenance. I would give it zero stars but it made me rate it . Oh , and the credit card reader doesn't work either
