Bill is okay enough but whoever that monster woman is that answers the phone should really learn some etiquette. She is extremely rude and I am certain that if she keeps treating people this way that this place will not last long. Every person I know that has an ear will hear about our awful experience with this company. Basically, keep the damn appliance you retched creature.
