Brianna was amazing at check-in. She was very informative and polite. Room incredibly modern, clean and comfortable (bed was a little too hard for these old bones). Shower was a nice experience. Restaurant not open but they gave us a nice, packed snack with muffin, fruit, water and a granola bar. Reasonably priced, nice place for a brief respite. I would definitely return.
Front door locked 24/7. Had to stand and wait until clerk was finished with another person before we could even get into the lobby. Room was nice but AC was stuck on and couldn't get any heat in the room. Managed to turn AC off but didn't sleep well because it was very cold. Won't be back.
It was clean and the beds were comfortable, but if you are going to pay over 100$ for a hotel room, they should provide a real breakfast. They had bags with cold muffins and warm bottles of water.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Clean rooms didn't feel I needed to reclean for my safety. Bed and pillows was not good, needed updated. Also shower was not good, not enough pressure
I know that they were being safe from virus and other things, but keeping us out in the doorway while another person took up their attention made my wife and I both nearly wet our pants. Plus the room was not as clean as it should have beenn.
