Hardest bed I ever had at a Hampton suites

Beautiful and refreshing hotel located near several nice restaurants for easy access to all. I was a little concerned about how close it was to the interstate but it turned out to be a non issue. I could really tell from the moment I walked in that a lot of effort had been put into cleanliness. The doors to the hotel rooms are all tape sealed after cleaning to provide a sense of security. The bathrooms were well laid out and not short of anything. I really enjoyed my stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Tupelo/Barnes Crossing.

Hotel did not have the amenities that the website advertised. Less than an hour after checking in and learning of this...I contacted them to cancel the room due to their Satisfaction Guarantee that is their company’s policy and the staff refused and gave me the run around. Less than hospitable or polite. Be careful when booking

Very nice hotel . All the staff was very friendly and courteous. All the front desk workers and the maids as well . Especially mark in the morning. Very nice and had a nice conversation with him .nThe pool is now open . Just reopened recently.nThe continental breakfast is back as well . It's so much better than the bagged breakfasts .nI would stay here again without a doubt.

5*'s all the way. We came from the econolodge since our room was to dirty to actually sleep in. We were tired and obviously irritated and Marcus made everything so much better. I could go on forever about how amazing he was. He got us checked into our room very fast and was so nice through the whole process. Thank you again for the great customer service and a clean room to sleep in.
