Recently bought an older home, with an older central unit. One company I had been using immediately told me the heating pump was the problem. Never came out to do a full assessment, just took what I said over text and maybe an educated guess. I called Matt, and after leaving a voice-mail, he got in touch with me in 15 mins. Matt came over for an assessment without a couple hours. Very friendly, professional individual. Explained my issues and estimated costs right there. Pricey... yes..... worth it.... yes!

Neat & professional appearance.nFriendly and helpful personnel, answered all questions regarding my HVAC not just the job at hand.nThe process was painless. The equipment is no louder than a couple of shoo vacs. Drop cloth was used though pretty much unnecessary. Vent covers were cleaned before putting them back up and surrounding area & floor was checked for dust and cleaned if needed.nI would definitely recommend this service.
This is a great company. Their level of customer service is outstanding. I called after hours and, not only did they answer, but the person who answered was nice, friendly while at the same time being very professional. He assured me he would have someone out the next day. Which is exactly what happened. They arrived when he said they would and had the problem with my air handler fixed in less than 30 minutes. I couldn't be more pleased. I would highly recommend them!
The crew from Philadelphia Air Conditioning did an excellent job cleaning our ducts. They showed me before and after photos throughout the process. They were very thorough in completing the job. I would recommend them to anyone looking for someone to clean their ducts.
