Owner & housekeeper are really nice. Affordable weekly rate. Although just be prepared that you can hear everything in the next room. You can hear queiffing, balls flappin, hell even a fart. But all in all, I'm comfortable ud83dude06!

No washers or dryers, and I had to cross a 4-lane street to get ice. T.V. is small & hard to see from bed or chair (if you get a chair). Building is old on the outside and inside. Now for the perks. Staff is friendly and obliging, and the cleaning staff is good on a daily basis. Also, the motel is in a good location. Restaurants, fast food, convenience stores, Walmart, drugstores, movie theaters, 5 minute drive from downtown, medical offices (across the street from an Urgi-Care), quick access to multiple highways, close to the casinos, and reasonable rates.
