Made a reservation before leaving my state. Had confirmation number in hand. Drove 5 hours to hotel. Was told they did not receive fax. And they were full so i had no room..with husband and daughter. Front desk was horrible very rude. Didnt care i was stranded...
TERRIBLE PLACE!!! Spend the extra money and go somewhere else!! I had pet friendly room (which smelled horrible) and they gave me the excuse since I had a pet, housekeeping would not come to my room. Nothing works, bedclothes are nasty, stained and cigarette burns all over. Seen a few dead bugs thru out the room. If the room had been cleaned before our check-in, I’d be surprised.
Nice rooms and nice looking building
AC didn't work and should not have had to pay 100 for room that might be worth 40 even on the weekend
