I took a jacket in to be cleaned at this dry cleaner. When I got it back it had the exact same lint and even still had the dog hair I noticed on the lapel when I submitted it to them. In other words they charged me about $8 to do absolutely nothing to my jacket. when I reported this to the clerk her response was I'm sorry but I'm not the one who does the cleaning
They do wonderful work on cleaning and pressing clothes.
