Rooms in the area was next to none available. I called the hotel spoke to Jessica about a room, she said she would hold one for me on the second floor. Once at the front desk, I was asked about having a pet and I said no. Unfortunately, I was checked into room 113 and the odor was awful. It reeked of a pet pee smell, which I'm very familiar with because I have 2 adorable cats. Went to Dollar General bought air fresher, sprayed almost the entire bottle then left for an hour. Came back, the odor was still awful. Pulled back the spread in one of the beds, there was a very recognizable dirty stain. Ugh!! Bathroom, curtains and carpet was dirty. This was definitely NOT worth $152. Complained to the manager and she gave me a rate reduction, which reduce my charges to $98. Still wasn't worth the price!! Will NEVER stay again because Wyndham Hotels are supposed to be of way better quality.

I love this place. It was clean. No roaches like Home suites n Inn. Friendly people. And quiet. I would highly recommend this place.

I got a room from Friday to Monday. If you are a stay-over, nobody is to enter your room if you didn’t ask for anything during the pandemic. (I’m a housekeeper at another hotel) I had a DND sign on my door when I left the that morning for work & was also a stay - over. They housekeeper came into my room, stole things and tried to report smoking in my room when nobody was supposed to be in my room during this pandemic! So I get no deposit & my things stolen. The manager say she “ sent him home because he was acting weird” when I asked her about the housekeeper.I will not be staying here again.
