The Energy Assistance department of this no doubt government funded agency is a bit inefficient..nElderly residents on social security and below the poverty line have been promised a power company bill payment every other month.n(after a lengthy interview)nMy bill is overdue., subject to disconnection, since no pledge has been recieved by ms power since july. I know others are having the same problem., but do not know the details of their situation, so can only speak for myself..nMs Katherine Harris, who i am told is in charge of this program does not answer her phone (while in the building, i was told)...also does not have an answering machine so you can leave a message.nI called again, and told the (i guess) receptionist who had to be asked to take my number so ms harris could call me back.nMaybe this will get her attention.
