I have been a fast past member almost since it’s inception, until this month. I have dropped it, due to the company not keeping their equipment up. The dryer on the left side, has been broken for almost a year. Since then, the rinse bar isn’t providing a flow to adequately removing the soap, and the wash wheel on the right, spins very slowly, not cleaning it as well. The most important part is drying, because that keeps the road dirt off the car when I leave. When I get home, I have to rinse the car a second time, to remove the road dirt. Sorry to leave, cause I really like the added effort the crew does, prepping the car. Now, they look like they are providing tire service!
I was told afterward that the car wash has been hitting the passenger side windows for the last couple days because it needed to be adjusted. It broke mine any another customer behind me..That day it hit a lot of customers passengers side view mirror I watched. They did nothing until I complain then they start letting people know to make the adjustments by pulling there left side mirror in. The manager on duty on March 9, 2021 at 1:30 pm was Jenna and she said there was nothing she can do after a couple of her employees told her that it was not working properly and did other mirrors too. The customer service there is non existent. A simple apology would have went far.
I was very pleased with the service, whole atmosphere is pleasing. Thanks guys. I'm now a monthly member.
Great car wash for the price. I have been a fast pass member for years .the vacuum hoses and vacuum system need help. But I am glad to be a fast pass customer.
I can wash my car better it missed A lot of spots.. I'll do it my self from now on
