Slammin!
This place needs to serve warm food. Even though this store may close in 30 minutes, it doesn't give them the right to serve cold food. Customers pay for warm food. If I wanted cold food, I would go shop at Walmart. Their drive through mic is hard to hear and they can't seem to hear our order.
The Sikeston, Mo location should get a negative 5 stars. We had heard they closed this location to clean in up & brought in a whole new crew so decided to give it another chance. Done! After placing our order we sat in line behind only 2 other vehicles for 25 minutes before we drove away. Will not be visiting again.
The place needs a new speaker or something you can't understand a thing they are saying at the drive through and apparently they can't either because our order was wrong we had to fix it after we got our receipt. The fires were old and cold. The fish was not warm they also told us they were out of shrimp and closed at 8:30pm on a Monday night.
This place just can't seem to do right. My last visit I pulled into the drivethru right behind another truck. After he placed his order and drove around, I was told to hold on. I sat there for 15 minutes with no response. There were 5 cars behind me, no one answering me, and the truck in front of me already had there food and left. The dining room was closed so what were they doing in there as I was the only order to be taken. On top of that, their fish and chicken pieces are ridiculously small these days.
