They are wonderful! David was the one who came to assess my plumbing needs. He was magnificent! We had another well know plumbing service come out for an estimate and l recognized that what they were trying to do was not necessary. It was going to cost me $3600. Called Maplewood Plumbing and I was glad l did. David affirmed my thinking and was able to assist us with our issue. I will save their information in my phone for future issues. Maplewood Plumbing please don't lose David and please don't change!
100% recommend this company! I never write reviews- but David was absolutely wonderful! Not only was he prompt, he walked us through all the issues we were having, gave us advise, and educated us along the way the entire time he was here. I had the pleasure of having Courtney assist me with the issues I had at my house this morning. It was one of the best experiences that I had a customer. Not only was he polite but he was very educational. Not only did he finish the job in an hour but was open to giving me future advices and etc. It's very hard to find an individual that is passionate about what he does and I really felt that from him. My husband and I are in the process of purchasing a home to use as an investment property. We wanted to check the sewers for roots or breaks, and a family member suggested Maplewood Plumbing, as he has done business with them in the past. We were able to secure an appointment for the next day. Courtney was very professional, on time, and communicated with us well. After he shared his findings re the sewer with us, including a good summary of the various options with prices, I asked for his professional recommendation. After a few questions determining how we plan to use the property, etc., Courtney recommended the basic repair, which was the least expensive option. He explained his rationale, which made total sense to us, and finished the work within the hour. I felt very comfortable discussing the work with Courtney, and feel that he dealt with us honestly and professionally. I like knowing that the people who do work for us are trustworthy. Maplewood Plumbing has earned my complete trust, and I plan to call them for help again the next time that I have plumbing issues.
Amazing from start to finish. The estimate, scheduling and service was easy and top notch. We live in a 100-year old house in the city, and they helped us find the best solution for us without needing to tear out a bunch of old pipes. Really appreciated the professionalism, honest, and support from everyone who was involved. We found our new plumbers for life!
