Just went to this location for a sandwich like I normally do when I’m headed to work. The older guy I assume is the manager asked me what type of sandwich did I want. Ordered a six inch flat bread egg sandwich. When he pulled the flatbread out a very good portion of it was completely molded. If I didn’t catch it he would have still made the sandwich. A grub hub driver just laughed. No discount at all. Just check your food when ordering.

There are two younger guys that are usually there when I go, and they are both super kind, prompt, and skillful and patient while fulfilling my detailed sandwich needs. I just ordered a sandwich there this evening a little after five, so I hope the owner reads this and can figure out who I’m talking about. Didn’t bother to get their names. Anyway, I hope the franchisee is treating their people well because the store looks amazing and the service is incredible.

I ordered a giant party sub here online for a work event and I was very impressed by their service! I asked for all my veggies on the side because I knew everyone liked different veggies and wow did they deliver. They put a large amount of each veggie in small containers and loaded them in a cardboard box so it was easier for me to carry. I went in a few minutes early and everything was ready and the man who serviced me was very polite. Got in and out super quick and I am overall super impressed with the whole transaction. Thank you Subway on Manchester!

Used to be cool and good service with people working there that you could actually understand. Now I guess it has been butt out and all the old employees are gone the employees now or extremely slow and literally gave us for pickles on a footlong and maybe 10 olives. The customer behind as ordered a sandwich and the manager had to come out and add more meat to it because the employee didn't know what he was doing. Extremely slow. Very disappointed with the new service.
