I have their membership and I really like their car wash. It is new and don’t need to lock your left wheel on the bar. My problem with others were it sometimes break the rear windshield wiper since I have one SUV and a sedan. But it is not that case here. Their equipment is new and a different kind. Car wash is very nice and self Vacuum service is good. Staffs are very friendly and always helps their customer in any way they could. Highly recommend. $20 a month is a good deal as well since a single car wash is like $5 and $8. They also provide more kind of car wash which is little more than that.

The car wash has the capacity to move a lot of vehicles through the car wash, so don't be discouraged if you see a long liine. This is a self service interior vacuuming car wash, which I prefer because the typical worker doesn't do a good job. I gave only 4 stars because some of the competitors also provide a high pressure air hose to facilitate the cleaning of the interior. A high pressure air hose would get 5 stars!

Holy moly. This is a great place on Kingshighway to get your car washed. Yes they help you select the car wash and all that. But what’s great is after you get your car washed you can then use the vacuum hoses nearby for as long as you need to. So you can take your time and not feel rushed to get all that dog hair and crumbs and an old french fry that you’ve had in your backseat or on the floor for a while. I will be back.

This was my first time at Waterway Express. I like this place! The staff was / is very respectful and professional. Tjd car was was quick and my car looked great. I would highly recommend this place for a professional, very affordable car wash.

The staff is always so friendly and willing to help manually finish off your car after the wash. Today I pulled into a spot to vacuum and detail, and Ben asked if I’d like to run through the wash again, no charge, because there were some spots from bird poop, etc stuck on my hood and roof still. I was pleasantly surprised, and even more so when he proceeded to spray and scrub the trouble spots before I went through again. Thanks, Ben, and the rest of the awesome staff at Waterway Express!!
