So let me start off by saying that yesterday while my wife was at Devou Park going over the plans for our sons first birthday party our car was broken in to and her purse was stolen. As would be expected, my wife was extremely upset over the whole ordeal. She called the Covington police department, officer Crank who came and took a report, was extremely understanding and very nice [even helped her clean the broken window out of the back seat] he stated ultimately there wasn't a whole lot to be done... fast forward to today, Officer Grigson of the park hills police department shows up at our home in Covington, and told my wife that that he had something for her as he started to open the back door of his cruiser... lol, I said well I hope it isn't a set of silver bracelets, the officer kinda just smiled and pulled out my wife's purse... I was shocked... I mean literally the thief got all of 8$ out of the purse and actually threw her expensive purse and wallet in the tree line on the side of Montague rd...[needless to say that junkie had no clue] anyway, Officer Grigson was extremely nice. He carried himself well and represented his department the way all officers should... He definitely put a smile on my wife's face, and for that, I'm grateful. Thank you Officer Grigson and the Park Hills police department .
