Needed upgrade of water heater and added water softener to our system. Bob came out and walked through the options and did a thorough review of the work area. On the scheduled work day everything went very smoothly, no surprises and we’re completely satisfied with the project. Highly recommend Bono Plumbing!
Outstanding service and pricing. Their crew ran gas lines for a range and outdoor fire pit. They were absolutely awesome, respectful and took time to explain everything to my kids who asked about a thousand questions. Their prices are low and the quality is superior. No messes were left and they were punctual starting and fast finishing.nWELL DONE!
We had a whole house water filter, utility sink and two outdoor faucets installed. All work was completed as expected. Would definitely recommend Bono plumbing for any future work and to others who need plumbing repairs/updates.
The guys came out when scheduled, assessed the problem quickly and were prepared to fix it. They installed a new disposal in great time and I appreciated the extra care to the surrounding pipe fixtures that needed tightening. I appreciated the message beforehand that told me who was coming so they were easily identified with company shirts, a business card and a name to match the message we got. If you want quality craftsmanship,excellent customer service, and reasonably priced plumbing done go to Bob Bono (Bono Plumbing). Bob, his sons, and his receptionist were all very kind and went the extra mile to make sure my mom and I were comfortable with the work that was done at our house. Seems like they strive for excellence, and the Bono Plumbing experience was right on point with all the work that was done at our house.
