Pipe Solutions replaced our hot water heater. From the estimate to the actually installation, everything was done professionally and efficiently. Both employees that came to our house, Chris (estimate) and Kyle (installation), were extremely polite, easy to work with and respectful of our house and time. They both worked swiftly and got the job done. We spoke with two different people on the phone when we called to set up the work, Brooke was the one who was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this business.
Toilet leak destroyed drywall ceiling below. Adam replaced flange and reset toilet. Sump pump failed, Adam replaced the part. Would highly recommend Pipe Solutions. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy!nnThis was done through our home warranty policy. We will hire them for all future plumbing projects.
Both technicians were very professional, friendly, and explained thoroughly what service they were providing. This was very helpful in understanding the costs, and why the service was needed. Great company to work with, and service was outstanding.
Keith was on time and fixed my issue with no problem. He was courteous and professional. My home warranty company assigned this job to Pipe Solutions, but I would use them again for any plumbing issue.
Had another great experience with Pipe Solutions and AHS! Chris was great! He took care of our two leaky faucets in no time and even took the time to explain what was going on! AHS worked extremely fast! I put the request in for a technician at 11:00pm and had a tech out by noon the next day! Great experience!
