I went to this MVA location yesterday 10/31/20 to renew my registration. One of the workers was helping a customer in the kiosk area. As she was heading back in the lobby area I had a question for her. She did not hesitate to stop and help me. She said I am helping someone else right now,but I will help you too. Within seconds she told the guy at the door to put me down on the list and that she was taking my information inside so her coworker could enter my information in the system. After like one minute I went in the lobby area straight to the kiosk and they had it all set up for me to get my registration. I really appreciated her taking time to help me in between her helping someone else. I have been to this location before and the workers are always nice and helpful. I will be returning whenever I need to visit MVA.
Great secluded location. Fairly easy to get a timely appointment. Covid precautions very reassuring. Staff courteous and knowledgeable. I've used multiple locations. This is by far the best.nGad an 8:45am appointment. I was seen at 8:40 and back on the road before 9.
The customer service at the Columbia facility continues to be outstanding.nRyan was extremely understanding of my problem and diligent and efficient in solving it. Something that appeared to be impossible for the main facility, even after talking with 5 people.nMany thanks to the staff at the Columbia facility, you have continued to far surpass the service offered elsewhere.
It went smooth and the service was nice and polite. Our process took a little bit longer but it was a great experience and the people working at that office were real nice.
I went to the Columbia mva this morning to renew my tags. The employees there could not have been nicer. A State Trooper helped me at the kiosk to get my new stickers, he was so nice and helpful.
