I do not recommend Ken Griffin Plumbing at all. I was treated in a demeaning, insulting, neglectful, and rude manner. I worked with Kathy Griffin, Service Manager and owner, as a client and she continually acted rushed, angry, paranoid, and incompetent. I have never been treated so badly by such a company. She would often say she would get on it and then I wouldn't hear from her at all. Another client also told me they were treated in a demeaning and rude manner by a plumber there. There was no reason for Ms. Griffin's bad behavior. I was polite and reasonable the whole time, even after being treated badly. I have not run into this type of behavior with other plumbing companies I have worked with. At one point she threatened that I'd have to pay for the work even if they couldn't fix my very routine plumbing issue. I was given an outrageous price for a routine replacement. No other quote I got was that high. Her quote was hundreds of dollars higher. It took her over a week to give me a quote which wasted a lot of my time and caused my family a lot of problems since the repair/replacement was needed right away. I ended up choosing another plumber and he quickly assessed and fixed the problem with a replacement at a fraction of the cost.

Mr. Chase was very professional and knowledgeable. He took time to explain to me what was happening. I would definitely call again for there services

Lance was the plumber who fixed my issue. Not only was he on time and friendly, he was professional, respectful, knowledgeable and dedicated. It took quite a while to clear the clog because it was very big. Lance stayed with it until the job was completed. He cleaned up the mess, too! I will definitely use Ken Griffin Plumbing Services for all of my plumbing needs.

Excellent experience with Ken Griffin Plumbing! Kathy and Lori were so kind and helpful over the phone and Sam was great at installation. I highly recommend their services!!!

I was extremely appalled with plumbing services after spending over $400 to have the company to correctly install a brand new dishwasher.nnKathy Griffin was very rude, patronizing, and completely unprofessional to both me and a Whirpool Tech, who was called because I was told by her company that it was an issue with the dishwasher and not the plumbing. The Whirpool Tech was able to very quickly identify the issue, which neither of the two plumbers could.nAt the end of the day, I still have an inoperable dishwasher and am out of $400+ .nnAfter this fiasco, I would never use this company again and neither should you.
