Kenny and his crew were very professional, personable and a pleasure to deal with. They arrived on time and took care in making sure that everything was taped off, items removed and everything was put back once the job was completed. The power washing of our home was done in a timely manner and would absolutely recommend and use Maryland Pro Services again in the future.

Kenny was extremely professional in coordinating an estimate by phone and text. He showed up on-time and did a complete walk-through of the property with me to set expectations. I would say he answered all of my questions, but he actually anticipated nearly all of my questions before I even asked. The price he offered was very fair and in-line with other estimates I had received but his knowledge, clarity and flexibility made me feel most confident to use his services. Even though he had no guarantee of landing the job, Kenny was happy to chat with me a bit longer after the estimate to finish a conversation we started and was not in a rush to leave for the next paying gig. On the day the work was to be performed, the crew showed up 5 minutes early, got set up silently and began work. The plants were pre-soaked to protect them from the mild solution that was to be used and the entire house was cleaned 40 feet up the siding to the roof ridge within a few hours. There was no damage to the house, roof or grounds and my siding, patio and even my garage floor have not looked this clean since the house was built. Everyone was extremely polite and seemed to really take pride in their work. I will definitely use MD Pro Services again and would recommend them to family and friends--no question.

In a word, FABULOUS! The owner, Kenny, provided an estimate for power washing my house and back deck. He was also part of the 3-man crew that provided the service. You can tell Kenny enjoys what he does and takes pride in doing it. He and his crew were prompt, clean, super-polite and did a remarkable job. They scrubbed off the algae on the siding, in corners and on more difficult surfaces like concrete and brick. The cedar wood deck looks like new. My husband was shocked at the transformation. I wish all business owners and service providers were as attentive and thorough as Kenny. It would make home-owning life so much better! It is THE best company I have ever dealt with. I would recommend him any time to anyone.
