Very clean and comfortable compared to other laundromats in the area. A bit smaller but the best laundromat experience I've had in the area.
Paid for hot water, but no hot water, only cold water. Save your hard earned money dont use the hot water cycle. Did mention it to the attendance on duty and she just shrugged her shoulders and walked away.nnI appreciate your thoughts, I did try talking with them, unsuccessful thought. Did reach out to Howard Cnty Business Consumer Affairs, they stated they will be investigate the Laundromat Business Practices. I'm considering contacting the IRS depending on the HC Consmer Affairs investigation. It's ashame to see how Consumers are taken advantage of so blatantly. I do wish the Laundromat owners success as they do provide a very valuable service to the public. Good luck!
