I have been a loyal customer for the past 8 years. I love this shop and you would too. This shop is in my opinion the most helpful auto shop I have ever been to hands down. The friendliest group of individuals who are there to REALLY help you get back on the road. They offer so much to their customers it's ridiculous. I always drive away knowing the work they've done is more than good.

Update 4/10/21: I have to repeat my first entry! You really can’t ask for a better place. Car wash, great mechanics, and pizza! I had a surprise flat and they took care of me and are dog-friendly. Will definitely return for future services. A+

Columbia Auto Care has been the *only* place I’ve taken my car for any maintenance, new tires, any/all issues at all (and there have been a few odd ones for sure!) for 10-plus years! These folks have provided unwavering, stellar service from day one! They have consistently wowed me by treating me like a truly valued customer by going above and beyond for me and my family for many, many years! If you’re looking to support a local business in Howard County, Columbia, MD, for your car care, this is absolutely the place – they’ll take care of major issues and the small ones… Columbia Auto Care & Car Wash does it all! From outstanding maintenance, repairs, new tires… to providing, car detailing/washing, installing top of the line windshield wipers, dealing with side-view mirror hornet’s nests, spot checking low tire pressure, battery recharging, etc…. all the while giving you every discount they can before giving you a *very reasonable* bill for their service! 5 STARS across the board!
