Rude owners, as soon as you walk in they are you down an follow you to the washer! The wife will sit there an watch you the whole time on the security camera. If you come after 7 expect the old man to both you while you put clothes in the dry an him telling you how long you're allowed to dry your clothes.
Will never come here again it's 20 mins to wash if the last wash is at 8 that means you won't dry till 820 or 825 so if my clothes not dry by 9 you just gonna tell me I have to take my wet clothes and leave crazy mess but if I was Asian you woulda let me finish drying my clothes bad place that only cares for their own
This laundromat is very nice to use & the people were very friendly & helpful, also there’s not a bunch of teenagers hanging around causing problems
I'm glad that I've never experienced this kind of customer service, before. I literally came up to the lady at the cash register for a few questions, it was like she didn't want to talk to me. Kept cutting me off and hurrying me up, like she had better things to do than to answer some questions for a potential customer. Took my bag of clothes and got out of there, I would rather pay more for a place where the employees don't sound like they're actively kicking you out.
