I booked total three services total. The first one was very satisfying, but the second wash didn’t go well. I replied this issue to their weekly CEO Freddie. He asked me to give them another chance so I did. I used the code he gave me and booked the third service free in compensation to the second appointment. Everything was neatly clean again! I would recommend it if you live in ICON and want a relative affordable wash.

This service is awesome! I have been using it for some time and 90% of the time they nail it. The one time they missed an area, I sent them a photo and they had someone out the same day to touch it up. Legit!

Convenient. I had high hopes of this on-site Carwash service being a weekly thing for my new car and new SUV. I’m extraordinarily disappointed. Car was cleaner than before but many areas such as grill, wheels, wheel wells, etc were filthy. Two areas of light scratches on black plastic molding, windows wiped but full of streaks, etc. Overall, nothing better than a auto wash machine. No extra care. No level of basic detail. My parking sticker was removed from windshield inside and missing. Fresh door ding. NOT a good experience at all. I certainly will not allow this company to provide services in the future. They easily lost $400.00 a month of potential business. I gained frustration and now have to have someone get scratches removed. Live and learn. Great idea, very poor results in my situation. BTW I did not call because I’d rather not entrust the company to fix the surface scratches; defensive responses from company seems the norm when a customer is disappointed. I paid. I did not ask for a refund. I received the service they deem as good. It’s my call to ha different opinion. As I said, my car was cleaner than before, just not done thoroughly in my opinion. I’m glad it works for other customers. That’s awesome. I just don’t feel the same. I understand everyone is human. I get it. Nothing personal at all against any human involved. Simply sharing my personal experience.
