I came to Wow around 5.30 am. Due to a minor issue I had to notify the owner. At 5.30 she was beyond pleasant and quickly resolved my minor issue. This is a level of customer service that is extremely rare and genuinely appreciated. I will definitely continue to use WOW on lapalco blvd. Thank you for a great wash, FREE vacuum, and great customer service.
Glad it reopened!! Great vaccum, very cheap to use!! Unfortunately only 2/4 were working. They have both the touchless and full brush washes- Both work great!
Needed a quick wash because I got some unusual spots on my car. Can't beat a wash and use of vacuum for $6.
Machines do not always operate efficiently; however the convenience is.
