Our realtor was Bryan Chase. We have purchased and sold many homes around the country working with many realtors. Bryan is by far the best realtor we have worked with. I initially reached out to him 6 months before we knew we were moving to the area and instead of overwhelming us every week with “maybe you should think about buying now” like many other realtors do he would just check in every once in awhile to make sure everything was okay. He did virtual tours for us since we couldn’t be in the area. After we had already found the perfect house Bryan went to homes just to check them out without us asking or doing a tour just to make sure it wasn’t something we should see. Being new to the area we didn’t know anyone except Bryan and without even asking he showed up when we brought our U-Haul and helped unpack the entire truck!!!! He genuinely cares about the people he works with and we were blessed to have him as our realtor.
