Tracy Glasgow has been the best, She always had my back and never hesitated helping with my mobile home. I appreciate her and her husband so much and would recommend her to anyone. Our realtor was Bryan Chase. We have purchased and sold many homes around the country working with many realtors. Bryan is by far the best realtor we have worked with. I initially reached out to him 6 months before we knew we were moving to the area and instead of overwhelming us every week with “maybe you should think about buying now” like many other realtors do he would just check in every once in awhile to make sure everything was okay. He did virtual tours for us since we couldn’t be in the area. After we had already found the perfect house Bryan went to homes just to check them out without us asking or doing a tour just to make sure it wasn’t something we should see. Being new to the area we didn’t know anyone except Bryan and without even asking he showed up when we brought our U-Haul and helped unpack the entire truck!!!! He genuinely cares about the people he works with and we were blessed to have him as our realtor.

The Brandy Mull team exceeded expectations throughout the home selling process. They took care of everything since we were no longer in the state: repairs, contractor coordination, lawn care. Brandy and Steve went above and beyond to ensure the house was ready for show. Once on the market we had an offer in two-days and we closed the transaction 30 days later for above asking price. If I have ever have another house to sell or buy, the Brandy Mull team will be my first call!

I sold a home in June 2020 with Ashley Bourn! She was fantastic to work with and yes she sold my house very quickly during a pandemic!!! She was attentive to every detail in the home in preparation for the listing, always willing to drive out and ready the house for showings and even sent someone for me when my daughter was locked out and I was out of town. I couldn't have had a more pleasant and easy experience. Ashley is the best!
