Managers are very rude and unprofessional when asking for helps. Never was talked like this rude in my life. This place really should train its employees now how to talk to their customers. if I could give a negative rating, I would.

SILVERFISH EVERYWHERE!!! When I first moved in I had a huge problem with silverfish. I would wake up to multiple silver fish on my ceiling above my bed, on my bathroom walls, honestly everywhere. I was killing up to 4 or 5 a day. I called multiple times for pest control and they would come out about twice per month. It didn't help at all. It got so bad that the manager of the complex came to my apartment with a garbage disposal cleaner that she said pest control stated would help. She stated that I should use bleach in all the drains on a regular basis. I thought this was a solution but it cost me money to do this. With pest control being covered under the rent the added expense for me seemed unfair. Other than the silverfish problem the complex is well kept and it has been okay living here.The traffic in the area is horrible in the morning because there are two schools next door. Overall it has been okay.

Beautiful apartments pool was perfectly clear without even the smell of chlorine area looked like it had respectful people living there from what I saw it did

Very unprofessional and unwilling to help when trying to get a new apartment.

Pros - Garden Tub, W/D in unit, Wood Floors (except bedroom), decent rent, maintenance requests get completed in a timely manner, and quiet area even with construction going onnnCons -nIf you're military then you are prone to orders so breaking your lease with this complex isn't a good idea. I got orders about 60 days out and I left at the beginning of the month but had to pay rent for that whole month even though my orders said I would report to my new location on the 20th so no pro-rate for me b/c I couldn't get a forwarding address for the vacant notice the 30 days before.nMore than 3 weeks since I vacated and no update on if I even get some of my security deposit back b/c they have yet to do an additional inspection after move out.nnPest Control comes monthly but you still have to monitor spider webs by the majority of your entrances and windows.nnTraffic - It's manageable but .... definitely avoid commuting from 7:30-8:15 am and 3:15-4:30 since the school next door brings that traffic in with some of the crazy drivers.
