Stockwell Landing Apartment Homes

Started off as a good place to move in to. Rent is good and it's gated. Part of my issue is with the cables boxes not being a part of our cable bill. I'd be willing to add that to the rent to not have to worry about it. My main issue are neighbors who continue to be noisy after quiet hours. That's despite MULTIPLE complaints made online and calling the courtesy officer every other day just to have them to keep it down so we can sleep or study for nursing exams. It's getting to the point of potentially finding another place if the situation isn't resolved. I just want some peace and quiet in my apartment.

I stay with my grandmother at these apartments, help take care of her on top of doing school. We moved into these apartments about two years ago. We have made 3-4 noise complaints but the management won’t do anything about it. We have called and walked up there personally. We are I. The first floor considering my grandmother is unable to walk up stairs due to medical issues and she also has an old dog the people above us are always loud stomping, hammering, and playing loud music all night long. The upside is that the apartments are clean when you move in , not any stains on the floor, and also have two full bathrooms. They also allow dogs but it is an extra fee. My grandmother is old and she wants to able to see out her window since it is hard for her to walk around outside. So she asked management to cut her bushes and a couple days later they came but only cut an inch off but she still couldn’t see so she called management again but they only came back after about 3 weeks Finally they cut it to where she could see. Any other than somewhat poor management they have nice apartments They also have a playground for little ones

Went here to help my sister move out. Not a very friendly environment. Her vehicle was broken into. Supposed to be safe behind locked gates but they were wide open when I arrived.

My neighbors play loud music every weekend, and I can’t get any quiet hours enforcement from management or a response to my complaints. The water is turned off constantly (sometimes without warning). I was told before moving in my cable bill was paid for but I still get a bill from Suddenlink every month for part of my cable bill. The LEAST they could do is address the noise issue during quiet hours or I will be moving out for sure! My review will stand until the issue is fixed!

Gr8 place to live an enjoy apt living nice apt also with right maint guy even better. Tod is gr8 at what he does. Hope place hires such a person
