I would give zero. Wouldn't even consider meeting my dog before telling me he's too big. 40 lbs. That's it. Filled out the application and instantly turned me away for that. Plenty of better, more generous rental places around.

I wish to give 0 stars ive been denied more the once by them not even giving me a chance I've wasted 240 on applications here only to get denied every time and then to be told have a nice day when you just gave me terrible news I AM NEVER APPLYING AT REMAX AGAIN. My credit is fine I make enough money they are just extremely lazy. Never again will I go here.

Let me say that I should have followed my initial instincts that told me to run when I first went into the office but because I loved the rental home I went ahead and signed the lease thinking how “bad could it be?” Let me just say... if I could give a zero or negative star review I would. I have contacted the Attorney Generals office and will be filing a formal complaint against this company. Hopefully, that will at least put them on the AG’s office radar and eventually get them shut down. This company is the most unprofessional, and duplicitous I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. There was a recent plumbing issue in the home I am renting. The toilet backed up and the house flooded. The floors are inexpensive laminate and carpeting. I begged them to send a professional out the moment it happened to help get the water up ASAP. A plumber did come out and checked the plumbing but told me they needed to get a water restoration company out ASAP to get the water up. More than seven seven hours after my original call a handy man showed up with a wet-dry vac and a couple of fans. I told the company how bad the water situation was and even called Serv Pro myself but because I’m not the owner they could not come out without the owners permission. I never had anyone show up to help mitigate the damage and long story short they stated they would not send anyone to the home until they had my insurance information. In fact, before helped arrived they called and asked if I had I renters insurance. I highly suspect (because insurance was not a requirement when I moved in) that the business and owner wanted to get my insurance to pay from the start. The flooring was ruined before anyone ever showed up to clean the mess. It’s going on three weeks since this happened and as of yet.... no one has been sent out to clean, check for mold, etc. the house smelled so bad the first week and a half I couldn’t stay in it. I have a serious issue with the owner benefiting from my insurance to get all new floors put in the house... when it was the neglect of the management company that led to floor being ruined. I did everything in my power to mitigate the damage but because I am the tenant not the owner I am limited on what I can do. I am hoping that this review serves as a cautionary tale for anyone considering using this company. Run, don’t walk and never look back. I assure you it would be in your best interest.

Property manager will not return calls.nnWe have been renting from them then for 2 years and it’s been the worst experience I have ever had. Erik is a real idiot, rude and basically treats everyone like they are trash and dirt. Refusal to provide legal copies of bills that they are charging us for. They will not address any issue that you have. Erik laughs at tenants and also mocks them and makes fun of them. He should be fired.
