Gosslee is such an amazing management company, It took us only three days to get our new home. The communication was on point and I appreciated it to the highest degree. Thank you Gosslee for the super fast and easy process of helping us knock one of our goals out!

DO NOT USE! It won't let me leave less than 1 star or I would. This company took advantage of an active duty military member who recieved orders over seas, they made my life a living he!! Every month there was additional charges on top of their monthly fees. The worse part is the tenant of 5 years finally moves out and the house was vacant for over 4 months. Multiple calls from overseas each month asking why it wasn't being rented, come to find out the place was falling apart and they didn't actually view the house before they refunded the tenant's deposit. I only found out because I contacted a realtor to see about selling the house and she was in shock because of the condition of the house. It cost me over $5,000 to fix the house up enough just to be able to sell it. Finally 2 years after the house sold and the company has new management they want me to pay past utilities that the previous manager had agreed to waive because of the condition of the house.

Penny at Gosslee is wonderful to work with! She was very helpful when we were looking for rental properties and has taken care if anything we have needed. I have referred several friends and she has always been able to offer several options that worked for them. If you are looking for a rental call her! You won’t regret it!

I really enjoyed dealing with Gosslee, especially Penny Gourley. She was helpful from the first call. She was patient with us. Penny made the experience enjoyable and stress free. I highly recommend Gosslee and Penny. Shes the best.
