I bought a home in Shreveport about 3 years ago, and Curt Campbell was great with showing me properties over a few weeks to find what I needed.nnJust this week I sold a home in Bossier City. Curt was great about communicating by phone, email and text, through the whole process from a few months before listing, to the closing. He made sure all the details were handled and we closed on time.nnVery satisfied with the buying and selling process with Curt as my realtor.

Lola Jones got in contact with me because I had saved a property online. She was going out of town and let me know when she would return, and did. I didn't see the email for a couple of weeks, but when I did, I apologized and let her know my tentative wishes. Didn't hear from her. I sent a follow up email, a couple of weeks later. I still have not heard from her. I never have had a pleasant experience with Coldwell Banker, in whatever state I lived in. You think they might be different. Oh, well.

If you're looking to buy a house ask for Sandy! She's absolutely amazing in every way. She doesn't just find you a house, she finds you a HOME. Sandy is genuine and fun to work with. She will start as your realtor and quickly become your friend. You know quickly that it's not about money with Sandy. She wants her clients to be truly happy with their purchase. She always does everything she can to help in any way possible. It's not just her personality that makes her an A+ Realtor either. She's on top of everything that you as a buyer will want and need to do. When finding your new home you will tell her a just few specifics you're looking for and it's like she can see your vision. She will guide you every step of the way so you never have to feel nervous or stressed during the closing process. Coldwell Banker knows what they're doing and who to have in that office. No matter who you work with I'm sure you'll be well taken care of. In my personal experience though, Sandy makes dreams come to light.

This is my 2nd time that I've dealt with a Realtor from CB...This disaster company with no morals or ethics. This time around my experience was disgusting. Lisa Osborn was supposed to help me find a property, but instead she gave me the run around and lied about a seller needing a Pre Approval letter to view an investment property. She assumed I didn't have one and when I showed it to her she said it wasn't enough, but little did she know I have the funds. She tried to get me to work with another realtor, but I declined and decided to go to KW. Where I should have gone in the first place.nBeware.

The coldwell banker family is beyond helpful! With all of the criteria that goes into picking out a home, the process can be stressful, but the folks at Coldwell Banker make the experience exciting and fun!
