Bossier East Apartments

Very much affordable!!! Office manager Shelia is so sweet , she shows empathy , and she has a sense of compassion. I walked into her office with so much on my mind, finding a place to live was one. She listened to me , told me what I needed to do , & helped me the whole way through. Today I’m getting to enjoy the pleasures of my NEW HOME... I can’t thank Shelia enough ... THANKS SHELIA

Good prices & nice size apt

just nownMe and my family stayed in Bossier East Apartments for 8 years, until Mrs. Butler sold both complex in Bossier City to Monarch Realtors. Since Monarch has taken over, they started out being a helpful to their tenants, until they hired the manager. Since she’s been there, the complex has become drug, roach and mold infested. When you let the manager know who doing stuff, what they’re doing, and where they’re doing at or to, she goes back and tell them what’s going on. The complex has went down to the dump. These apartments was nice and very affordable place to live,, now every 6 months they goes up on the rent and will not fix anything. Building 10 has an underground leak that the manager has been known about for at least 4 months, no other apartment hasn’t been remodeled since Mrs. Butler has sold the complex. You have tenants that stays there that smoke weed out in the opening, and will you tell the manager about it, she goes back and tell who told it. Just to let you know, also call someone out to check asbestos, because the apartment in building 10 that I was staying in does. ITS UP TO YOU TO STAY THERE, BEST OF LUCK TO YOU!
