I went to pay a ticket. Everyone on the phone was kind and helpful. When I got to the office Marie M immediately yelled at me to get in front of the camera. There was no sign other than wear your mask. I don’t know where the camera is and I’ve never been there like this grumpy bat does every day. She yelled at me to look at the camera because I guess I wasn’t looking DIRECTLY AT THE CAMERA!nFinally she went to sit down and I said I was here to pay a fine. She just looked at me. Ok what now? Give me instruction, am I even at the right place? Getting processed finally she got my phone number wrong as I repeated it twice then she gave me paper to write it down.nnShe cannot hear and obviously didn’t want to be there. Send Marie M home so she can chill out. The other guy sitting in the front never even looked my way so this was not a streamlined process and very difficult.

Great people and servants to the community here at this substation as well as the BPSD as a whole. Our area is blessed to have such a fine Sheriff and fine Deputies. I am very proud of all involved in the BPSD. All are very dedicated. I am proud of them each and all.
