Long wait with no customers and a full night crew???...

My hamburger was smashed hamburger patty was dry and old tasting The hamburger was cold fries were not done enough only thing was good was the strawberry shake did not get bacon on my hamburger as requested for the number 5

If you want FAST food then go anywhere but here. Some of the staff seem to be friendly but overall this location lacks motivation. It seems that not 1 employee has the motivation to provide good customer service at a reasonably acceptable time. Over 30 minutes at 9pm on a Tuesday night. What is the problem? I could have gone in somewhere and eaten in the almost 40 minutes I had to wait.

If I could but it a half star I would! The burger was old AND cold, the fries under cooked, the soda was flat. Only thing good was the shake my husband got. Window clerk was friendly which is why they got any stars at all!!

We showed up on s busy weekend morning and ordered 17 burritos and 17 biscuits and gravy. They were already busy but accommodated us within ten min. Everyone was polite even tho we had ordered so much.
