Waffle House

Clean good food but server was slow and didn't keep our glasses filled.

Pretty decent food for a quick breakfast. That's probably why there are so many Waffle Houses in the south.

Although not clean, the service and food was very good and the price was wonderful. Two of us ate a large brunch-time meal, for $11.40, including tax. The crispy, well-done hash browns (ordered that way) were superb. My over-medium eggs, four of them, were each perfect, too. I don't think I've ever had hash browns that turned out 100% perfect, before. I'll be going back for more, soon, in spite of the dirty seating area, gross windows & sticky sills.

I was let in the door. Waited in line 45 minutes with 5 people in front of me. They served the first three. Let the rest of us stand in line for 30 of the 45 minutes and then said oh were not taking any new orders today. I would have been more upset, but one of the people completing orders put her hair in a pony tail. She did not wash her hands. Scratched her head multiple times again without washing her hands. Then plated more orders.

It's waffle house, good food fast. I like the menu, simple is really the way to go. Open 24 hours so whenever you want breakfast or even a lunch item they are there.
