Mr. Ben helped me today by assisting me in my pre wash process with my tires. I always struggle to do this and have been using this car wash since I’ve gotten my car and Mr. Ben made my entire day when he offered his help. It completely changed my experience and I didn’t have any cash to tip him, but I couldn’t let that go unnoticed. Also, his co worker was very polite in assisting me on how to put a good word in. Very nice staff today and my car looks great now!
Today i had an excellent experience at Zips. Jason Henderson, assistant manager went out of his way to help me prep my car ahead of going thru the wash. He was friendly, helpful and offered outstanding customer service. I appreciated Jason's going out of his way. Great service and will definitely be a return customer.
Great location to do business at, Jason the young man at this location saw me struggling with the vacuum and came over out of know where to assist and suggested a smoother way for me to operate the vacuum and get all the crumbs out of my vehicles smarter and not harder. I love this location it's always clean and easy to maneuver. Thanks Jason!
The staff was professional, business was clean, and well run. I had some questions regarding available memberships and Jason answered all of them. He helped me decide which membership would be right for me. I was impressed with this location.
This car wash is under new management. Very helpful and efficient service. Management was outside, meeting and helping customers. Very pleased. Will definitely be back
