I have only encountered decent people, very accommodating and quick to assist. Will try to rectify any issue without flippancy or making you feel you're bothering them. It is a level of customer service that is sorely lacking in many many businesses now. And to be a car wash with the kind of people who behave like they appreciate the business is really refreshing and I applaud you ALL.
In comparison to the other places I've been to in Henry county, this place is awesome.Never any issues and great customer service. Most importantly, you get your moneys worth here. THE VACCUMS ACTUALLY WORK. The brushes apply just the right amount of pressure. Can I set up a detail crew on your property? Suggestion, provide free air.
I went and got my car washed. I paid $18 for my car to still be dirty. I noticed that I was charged twice and called. When I spoke with Krystal she refused me a refund and hung in my face. She went on to say we can’t process a refund until the charge hits your account. I was definitely unsatisfied and with this service. To pay $36 dollars and my car is still dirty on the outside. You’re better off adding $7 to those $18 and going to get a $25 hand wash .
This was my first time there and I am pretty pleased with the out come. However the vacuums had very little suction. And there was only one spray bottle for way to many people to use. I did really like the floor mat cleaner.
Went and got my membership for my monthly car washes. First month was only $4.99. And that's unlimited washes and vacuum. A $17.99 value for $4.99. Great deal!
